This might be a [not logged into a specific] domain issue. [Login to see the link], following the instructions by [Login to see the link]. The [Login to see the link] was for sanet.st, but if you use softarchive.is (or another), then the domain part should be changed to [Login to see the link] that you use to login to SAnet.
Here is another way to find the correct main site profile page: If you hover over Ardella's name in this thread, you should see a popup, and a link for "SA Profile". If you click on that link, it should take you to Ardella's main site profile page. On that page, if you are logged in to that domain, on the left side, it should show an option to "Send Message", or "Add to Friends", etc.
When you open this user's profile page, at the top right of the screen, do you see "Log In"? If so, you might not be logged in, and will not see the normal options for logged in users.
(If nothing above works, install a brand new browser (Edge, Brave, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Vivaldi), and try to login from there. This will ensure your current browser cookies/cache are not affecting anything.)
