Nell McAndrew presents this fat-busting full body workout designed to build up your strength and stamina.

Welcome to my ultimate workout which we have spent a year planning and this time have incorporated more squats, abs and stretches giving you a more rounded and satisfying workout.

These routines have been put together so you can build your strength and stamina gradually and includes 2 sections of cardio and 20 minutes targeting shoulders and arms, abs, press-ups and of course those bums.
