Slightly bored? Then Personal training with Chris Freytag is your choice!
This DVD is fully programmable. It includes two aerobic segments and five tonic targeted parts (plus warm-up and relaxation). You can easily program the chosen sequence of the lesson in the way you want. Five toning segments: the entire body, legs and buttocks, the press and the bottom of the back, arms and shoulders, as well as the chest and upper back.
Using the menu, you can select and simulate the sequence of the training process that interests you, depending on your goals (lose weight, general toning or narrowly focused, etc.), free time, mood. Beginners can take one of the cardio segments in combination with one or two specialized toning segments. Advanced fitness can significantly expand your choice, adding a couple of additional segments. The movements and exercises are quite familiar to many people and are so simple that you do not need to be a born dancer to master the choreography of the workout. All you need are light dumbbells (or slightly heavier if you are interested in an advanced level) and a practice mat (however, an ordinary carpet is also suitable). Part of the lesson, aimed at the legs and buttocks,
