Being late-diagnosed with combined ADHD changed my life.For years, I knew I experienced the world differently — the energy, the intensity, the creativity, the overwhelm. The constant push and pull between high drive and complete shutdown.When I finally understood what was happening in my brain and nervous system, everything began to make sense.And that understanding became a turning point.As a coach, I’ve work with many individuals navigating similar challenges. We can absolutely work on mindset, confidence, strengths, reframing, and building self-trust — and that work is powerful.But I came to realise something important:ADHD cannot be mastered through mindset alone.If the nervous system is dysregulated — stuck in Fight, Flight or Freeze — productivity tools or positive thinking alone will not create lasting change.That’s why I created ADHD Reset: Learn to Work With Your ADHD.This programme takes a holistic, grounded approach and starts with what I call the 4 Vital Basic:• Sleep • Diet • Hydration • ExerciseThese foundational elements can have a huge influence on how we feel.Often we find ourselves in a dysregulated anxious state of Fight or Flight, or Freeze. Rushing from arriving late, to a panic over a forgotten meeting or working or studying right up to a deadline. It´s normal to visit these parts of our Nervous System, but it´s important not to get stuck there. Inside the programme, we explore:– How ADHD affects the brain and nervous system– Why regulation matters more than willpower– Practical ways to stabilise your energy– How to channel intensity and impulses positively– How to build habits without shame or self-criticism– How to move from surviving to thrivingThis is not theory I found in a book.This is an approach I live by.If you’re ready to better understand your unique brain on a deeper level and build strong foundations for lasting change, dive in!
